About Super Saving Tips
My name is Gary Weiner and over the last 50 years I’ve worked in retail (department stores and supermarkets) and financial planning. In addition, I am a shopper, born and bred, who enjoys the challenges of finding the best items for the best prices. Make no mistake about it, it is a challenge in the 21st century.
Today’s shopping experiences are more plentiful, more diverse, more glamorized and yes, more deceptive than at any time we have ever experienced. If you’re a member of the 1%, perhaps you don’t need to save some money or be an aware shopper to find the great buys that exist out there. However, in order to be a great shopper, there are certain rules that you must know and live by. Doing so will make you a better shopper, enable you to save money, and make you feel really good!

When I’m not busy saving money or writing here, I enjoy baseball (as a lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves), music (especially the Beatles and British Invasion), and classic movies. I am retired and live in New Jersey with my wife.
